On The Issues

Reducing Government Spending

Government needs to live within it's means and stay on a budget -- just like the rest of us do. As your next state representative, Kellie will fight for a balanced state budget and look for ways to reduce government spending and return some of that money to Ohio's hardworking taxpayers.

100% Pro-Life

Kellie is a mother of six and a strong pro-life conservative. She'll work tirelessly to promote a pro-life agenda and ensure we are protecting the most vulnerable among us.

Strengthening Ohio's Economy

As a small business owner, Kellie Deeter has balanced her own budgets and knows what it's like to sign both sides of a paycheck. She's an across-the-board fiscal conservative who will work to see businesses thrive and help put more money back into our pockets.

Ensuring Excellent Patient Healthcare

For more than two decades, Kellie has been a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA), taking care of patients all across Northern Ohio ensuring they are getting the best care possible. Of the 132 members of the Ohio General Assembly, only a handful have any experience in the medical profession. Kellie will use her healthcare background to be a strong voice to help improve patient care and reduce costs.

Pro-2nd Amendment

Kellie knows that our Constitution guarantees us the right to bear arms and defend ourselves. Kellie will be an unwavering defender of the 2nd Amendment as our state representative.

Standing Up for Law Enforcement & the Military

The key to safe communities is giving law enforcement the resources they need to keep us safe and standing up for them while others try to tear them down. Kellie's husband is a 27 year army veteran and she is committed to standing up for both law enforcement and the military; she will fight against any attempt to defund those who protect us.

Promoting Agriculture

The 54th House District is blessed with wonderful communities but also rich agriculture throughout both counties. As our #1 industry in Ohio, Kellie wants to ensure that family farmers are able to continue the work they do without fear of increased property taxes.
